Today, just under 4 months since my first lesson, I passed my driving test!

After switching from a different driving instructor that I didn’t gel with, I had my first driving lesson with Lynn at Quails on 7th April. I had no confidence, I was terrified of driving and I never believed that I was going to get to the stage where I could actually pass my test.

From the start, Lynn did everything she could to make me feel at ease and started to help me work on my confidence every week. When I was feeling nervous, she was happy to slow things down and go at my pace and the patience that she showed every lesson really helped me to become a much more confident, sensible driver.

Today, just under 4 months since my first lesson, I passed my driving test! This is something that I never thought that I could achieve and I just want to say a huge thank you to Lynn for helping me get to where I am today!

I would recommend Quails to anyone.

Student Stories – Kirsty, Ellesmere Port

Hi my name is Kirsty I’m from Ellesmere Port.

I started my driving lessons not knowing anything about a car with Lynn, she made me feel at ease a from the second I got into the car.

When I booked my theory for the first time she showed me what to do so I had an idea of where to go but she was only a message or phone call away, anyway I failed my theory first time by 2 questions and Lynn was supportive and told me to rebook and try again, which I did and on my second attempt I passed.

Whilst I was doing driving lessons I was working and Lynn was really patient with me as I would get my Rota weekly; which meant i wasn’t able to pre book on the day.

On our lessons she would always chat to make me feel less nervous (so does humming or singing which she didn’t mind either).

Lynn told me to book my test as she said she believed I was ready, so I did exactly that I booked it for 22nd December and I passed first time, all because Lynn believed in me and my driving of course. If it wasn’t for Lynn and her amazing lessons I would never have passed so a massive thank you to her.
